Lovely Paros

We took a 5 day break to discover another island of the Cyclades after Santorini and Milos which we loved.
Paros is said to be the island tourists flock to when Mykonos is overbooked. Well, we have not yet visited Mykonos but I for one, loved Paros. It is windy and feels relatively cool even when the sun is at its hottest. The sea is amazingly blue and green and clear. Golden beach was lovely and quiet but with a super restaurant with friendly staff just a few steps away. The centre of Noussa, one of the main villages, was lively and full of quaint shops and gorgeous little cafés, galleries and had a park for the kids with a bouncy castle and merry-go-round. We had the best linguini and pizza I have had in a long time at la Dolce Vita and the staff at our lovely hotel were the friendliest and the hotel was really beautiful and the pool... well have a look at the pics.

We still have a lot of islands we want to visit but I really hope we go back.
